Sameh Wahba is the Global Director of the Urban, Disaster Risk Management, Resilience and Land Global Practice based in Washington DC. He oversees 200 projects, $30bn in financing and 450 staff in 60 countries. He holds a PhD in urban planning from Harvard University and has 25 years experience.
