Biography

Patricio Zambrano-Barragán is Urban Development Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank, where he manages public sector loan operations and grants throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. He leads the IDB's Civic Data Initiative, which promotes the use of digital technology and data to enable inclusive urban development. He is pursuing a PhD at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Masters from MIT and a BA from Yale University
