Biography

Her portfolio includes research and evaluation, fair housing policy and investments and policy development.
Prior to this, she was Executive Director of Regulatory Compliance at HPD, Attorney-advisor at HUD and as a legislative aide to NYC Council Member Dan Garodnick.
Lucy earned a J.D. from the NYU School of Law, an M.S. for Teachers from Pace University and a B.A. in sociology with a political science minor from the University of Michigan.
